Method #1: Enable Limit Reservable Bandwidth
STEP-1: Go to Start > RUN > type gpedit.msc and hit Enter.
Press Window + R keys together to open Run command box > Type gpedit.msc and hit Enter or click OK button.
STEP-2: Now, you will see Local Group Policy Editor.
In Group Policy Editor, select Administrative Templates under Computer Configuration> Network > QoS Packet Scheduler > look for Limit reservable bandwidth. Open it by double-clicking on it or simply right click and choose Edit.
STEP-3: Here you will see three options, Not Configured, Enabled & Disabled. By default, the first option is selected i.e. Not Configured. Select Enabled option and modify the limit reservable bandwidth from 80 to 0. Click on OK button to enable the bandwidth.

Method #4: Use IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS command
You may have observed that your browsing speed would become slow over a period of time. Many times this happens because of the stale records in the DNS cache and the over-populated TEMP folder of your user profile.
STEP-1: Go to Start > RUN > type CMD and hit Enter to open command prompt.
Press Window + R keys together to open Run command box > Type CMD and hit Enter or click OK button.
Now type ipconfig /flushdns command and press Enter to flush the DNS resolver cache.
STEP-2: Go to Start > RUN > type %TEMP% and hit Enter.
Now, press Ctrl + A keys together to select all the displayed contents in Temp folder. Right-click any of the selected objects and click Delete from the context menu.

If you are using Windows 10, this is another best way to increase your internet speed. In Windows 10, by-default Windows update delivery optimization is set to ON that badly affects your internet speed. You need to turn it OFF to boost your internet speed without any software.

Changing DNS Server is also one of the most effective ways to increase your internet speed. I have also found it very useful. Follow below step by step guide to change DNS Server address in your computer.
STEP-1: Right-click on your network connection from the system tray icon and then choose Open Network and Sharing Center.
STEP-2: Now simply, click on Change adapter settings at the left side of panel. Here you will see all your active network connections. Right click on your active network connection and select properties option.
STEP-3: Following Ethernet Properties screen will appear. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/ IPV4) and click on Properties at the bottom-right.
STEP-4: Here you have to click on Use the following DNS server addresses and insert following Open Preferred & Alternate DNS addresses into it.

Or else you can use the Google Public DNS addresses.
